Downloads dialog box paints partially off the screen after a download completes

MicrosoftThanks for reporting this. We thought we'd fixed this a few months ago, but we still seem to have a bug. We're investigating this now.
William Devereux Even all flyouts includig history, bookmark, download and pageInfo take a long to load where they should be instaneously visible. Please fix this too.
