download api

Do MsEdge have something similar to:

https://googlechromelabs.github.io/chrome-for-testing/latest-versions-per-milestone-with-downloads.json

I install the latest from the apt repos and compare its version and get the chromedriver from the api above. Fully automated.

Currently I scrape https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/webdriver/, but I believe it is manually updated.
