Every time I do a download with Edge Canary, in the folder where I choose to save (Save As), I have this kind of file in addition "Unconfirmed xxxxxx.crdownload"

That file should disappear once the download is complete. If it doesn't, that's a known bug we're working on.

I had to delete the file manually

To check, it seems to be good with the latest version of Canary
