Hi!

Is it possible that Microsoft edge saves the DOH that I use? Every time that I change it by some reason edge will just delete it, but the defaults (google, Cloudflare etc.) will always be there. It's really annoying to have to type the DOH again every time!

For example, android will always save the address of the doh, does not matter if I change it to automatic or disactivate.

Thanks you!

David
