I stopped seeing the Picture in picture in You tube at all. Also, I am experiencing consistent 10% CPU usage and 17% GPU usage even if nothing is happening (not playing or anything). Internally this is split between the Browser process and the GPU process.

    It works through the context menu. I've verified that the release version of Edge does not hog resources, so it must be the latest update.
