The last button in "More options" in the history flyout says "Hide history button from toolbar", but in the downloads flyout it says "Hide downloads button on toolbar".
When both are set to stay in the toolbar, the label in the history flyout says "Show history button in toolbar" and the downloads one says "Show downloads button on toolbar". It's been like that for a while now.

eduardobragaxz if you haven't yet, can you file feedback about that phrasing difference? We'll use that to create a bug for the issue.
