This link is the only PDF that I've reported to Microsoft that I could find that is broken and they have never responded. Does anyone know what is happening with this PDF? Could this be because of the new features that allow you to allow PDFs to remember where you are so when you reopen the same PDF it lets you go back to that spot?

about 2/3 of PDFs I try only open the first page. This started just a few builds ago. https://static.qobuz.com/goodies/93/000118839.pdf

- Why is this happening. Is this due the pick up where you left off and smooth scrolling features that are comming to Edge.
