Impulse-style scroll animation is broken in this build. Scrolling used to be buttery smooth, now it feels a bit stiff. josh_bodner

yoSachin if you restart the browser a couple of times, is the scrolling any better? We've seen issues where the experimentation settings that the browser applies upon restart have affecting scrolling behavior.
It has no effect. Scrolling feels like in the old chrome.josh_bodner
