Dev channel update to 89.0.723.0 is live

If that's the case then it's alright, knowing that something better is on the way is enough for me, can leave this one as it is.
HotCakeX we think that this actually ended up breaking all the way back in Edge 88, so we're going to go ahead and fix it everywhere so that it's not broken for an entire release. The fix should be in today's Canary, but will take a couple of weeks to get to Dev since we're not releasing a new one until after the new year. Good bug find everybody!
