Yes. You may need to restart the browser after it launches after the update. But these toggles are now turned on, at least for me on macOS and my Microsoft ID. This is new.

@josh_bodner the preferred new tab page policy does not work since version 87.
Regarding the third party cookies policy. Of course i expect that you can change the setting, that's the reason why we set this as recommend. This policy does not work since version 87
For the AV1 Codec I'm still searching for a way to tell windows or edge not to download this AV1 app

@josh_bodner favourites flyout appears a long way from the right side of the window (still does) and covers far more content than it needs to.
Reported a number of times with screenshots and recordings and each time i get an email telling me it is fixed - it still isn't fixed
todays screenshot (window is full screen)

@DrDuzi I heard back about the AV1 issue, and it looks like if you want to add this to your store for business, it's available here: https://businessstore.microsoft.com/en-us/store/details/av1-video-extension/9MVZQVXJBQ9V. Also, the automatic download behavior was an experiment that we ran in Canary and Dev, but should not affect Beta or Stable.

@martmcd What's the issue they're saying is fixed? It's possible our feedback categorization is putting your reports into the wrong bucket, since it sounds like what you're reporting is a suggestion (that the menu's default size and placement should be different) instead of a bug.

@josh_bodner exactly the ISSUE shown in the screenshot above.
are you saying this is intentional that that the favourites flyout is in the middle of the window?
why? for what purpose?
as the settings & more menu now closes when you click on favourites, favourites should take the place of the closed menu.
suggestion or bug, each time i send feedback on it, i get an email telling me it is fixed - is that thier way of saying "yeh, we know, that's what we want"?

@martmcd Ah, for some reason your screenshot wasn't loading for me when I wrote that! In this case, it's possible that they lumped your issue in with something that wasn't actually what you were saying, so I was curious if they told you exactly what issue they marked as "fixed". Also, it's possible this is by design, since this menu, like all others, anchors itself with the button at the top right of it.

I think you'll find that the dropdown is aligned infotip-wise so that its top right-hand corner is (within a pixel or two) at the bottom right-hand corner of the favourites-list icon's container.
If you (right-click >) hide the feedback and collections buttons from the toolbar, the favourites list will drop down further over to the right.

@josh_bodner The word wrap issue is resolved in Canary 89.0.707.0. I hope it will apply to other channels very soon!

they didn't state the exact issue resolved just " we fixed an issue that's related to this feedback in an upcoming update to Microsoft Edge"
based on what you and Noel have said, it is intentional, horrible but intentional, so i will stop whinging and leave it.
thanks.
