I actually hadn't done much dragging and dropping of items into collections, trying it again now shows me how useful it is, thanks.
When you say dragging multiple items in though, what exactly do you mean?
For example, when I highlight a block of search results, (and the accompanying text as a side effect), it just drops a single item in the collection with all of the test in it and the links not rendered as links. Is that what you mean?
That is also useful, but I thought at first you meant there was a way to multi select links in the page and drag them in, resulting inn multiple separate entries in the collection. *That* would be sure useful to me. It hadn't occurred to me to want it, but now I do. 🙂
Yes, everything we select goes into one collection only, I don't think there is a way to select multiple parts of a web page separately. on Windows explorer I can do it by holding CTRL key and selecting multiple files but doesn't seem to work on web pages.
so it begs the question, what this exactly means
"Added the ability to paste multiple items into a Collection at the same time."

HotCakeX this is my bad; it's part of a multi-part change in order to start supporting more multi-selection functionalities in Collections, but some of the other parts aren't ready yet. I didn't know that when I first made this list, so we'll just have to ignore this for right now (and having something to look forward to!)

Thanks for clarifying, looking forward to new collection features 🙂

Josh, I had asked you about this somewhere. Sure glad to read this! Beats trying to figure out why I seemed blind when it came to this one
BTW, be nice if these 'faces' had a WINK. A highlighter would be cool, too. As if you don't have enough on your plate, already, eh?
Cheers,
