I think microsoft have to implement a switch in confidentiality, ...
To let (from stable to canary) a user decide he want to have last feature enabled asap.
to bypass the controlled rollot feature.
Because many people prefer to have this kind of thing.
For instance two type of people (adventurous but who don't want tu use beta).
Admin Sys (who want to try if these feature are buggy or not (to eventually prevent their activation with GPO)).
For these two kinds of people they have to wait that you enable these feature in their country and it's very very annoying to not let us the choice.
I already have reported it, if you have the same through as me, report it too (feedback) and tell here you want it :)
