Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order
I hope to see an option under settings to select -"Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" as seen in Firefox an IE11

They ignore it for the same reason they ignore so many other user-requested basic functions which others have long since implemented.
Lily Tomlin used to have a bit that summed it up nicely. "We don't care, we don't have to... We're the phone company!" Or in this case, "We don't care, we don't have to... We're Microsoft!"

I was looking into this just now. Edge is not my default but I happened to be in Edge for other reasons. I was aware this setting was missing initially, so I asked Copilot if it was there now. Copilot said yes, but it was wrong of course. I used to use this all the time in the IE days and continued on with Firefox. I can't remember whether it was native to Firefox originally or via an extension but it eventually was anyway. This is essentially my No. 1 feature in any browser. Without it, it will never be my default. Chrome is also missing this setting, one reason why Chrome has never been my default. So, to my knowledge, the current options are Firefox and its variants, Opera, Vivaldi and Brave.
