Bug: scrollbar not working with fixed backgrounds (css)

Hi, when fixing a background image (css) the scrollbar doesn't work.   background: url(image.jpg) fixed;   83.0.461.1

Hi, try again on Version 83.0.470.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
it's working for me

    Yeah the minimum version needs to be at least 83.0.470.0 to have the fix. Dev will most likely get it next week and it will be something like version .471 or more

    The problem still occurs in todays new 83.0.467.0 (dev).
    I'm waiting till next week, hopefully there will be the 470.
