Bookmark category and bookmark line on both left and right side
one line bookmark is definitely not enough.
1. Add bookmark category so that one position could have more than one bookmarks;
2. Make more position on both the left side and the right side. And we can also have more than one line on the top, left and right side of bookmarks!

There is already enough space dedicated to the favorites bar. you need to use Folders to categorize your favorites, and also you have access to the favorites button.
also, a new favorites experience is coming, currently available in Dev and Canary channels.
- Not sure what you mean by "web mark list pull down" but the picture seems like you want to have colored favorites folders.
