Depending on what platform you are using, look for your file explorer and search for the working/installed (program) file, since it may be in your local cache, you may try to find it first in your (unhidden) file folders.

You'll see that when you refresh the page, only the original untranslated text remains, assuming it wasn't retranslated when the page loaded.
