Always open favorites in a new tab not available
The option edge://settings/appearance -> "Always open favorites in new tab" does not show up on the appearance page in Edge Dev Build 116.0.1923.0??
I am missing it too as it worked for a while in the Dev channel. And is still advertised as fixed.
It is hard to switch habits when clicking all the time. As in one version requires a right click and open in new tab and another opens it from a left click.
Whichever way you decide to develop that feature, please be consistent as the user behaviour can't be measured when it is broken and all do a right click out of habit instead of a faster left click.
- So here we are a year later and still no feature to open favorites in a new tab (still grayed out) via right-click and no option in the settings to make it automatically open in a new tab.
