Allowing Chromium based apps in Windows Store

Does this mean that UWP apps can now use either oldEdge or Chromium based browsing and be allowed in the store?  Currently the ToS for the Windows Store state that you can only distribute apps that use Edge for any browsing.

This would be a huge game changer for the Windows Store.  Apps based on Electron would be eligible for the Windows Store, and though not UWP apps, would allow for a lot of apps that currently have to be downloaded from a webpage to be managed in the Windows Store app.

It appears that there are already some Chromium-based apps on the Windows Store. So it would stand to reason that there will be more available in this transition time between the prior version of Edge and the Microsoft Edge Insider Builds.
