Address bar background changes to white when using Chrome themes. How do I keep a black background?

How can we make Edge Chromium's address bar background stay black (consistent with Google Chrome Browser on Windows 10 with dark system theme)?  I as soon as I load an Chrome Theme, the background switches to white.  I don't have this problem when using normal Google Chrome.
