Add Edge Insiders as a Homebrew cask for the MacOS release.

I currently install https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask-versions/blob/master/Casks/visual-studio-code-insiders.rb etc via https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md on MacOS, it'd be nice to be able to do the same with Edge Insiders.

    It seems like the Microsoft Edge Insiders Beta and Dev versions have been added under the homebrew-cask-versions repo here:

    That would be great; it's rather nutty that this ticket was deleted as "Not Applicable". Hello out there?
