Lost Sharepoint front door

Ran the test from corporate office, said I had the best performance of anyone in the area, showed by front door for Exchange and SharePoint, they were the red color, said preferred front doors were green, but did not see them on the map. 

 

Re-ran test, with VPN disconnected,  network performance dropped considerably. Exchange door changed to another region all together,  and lost SharePoint front door. Re-rean test still no SharePoint door. 

 

So not sure what happened.  any ideas, because would like to run this on a couple of users desktops to see if the issue would occur.

      to be honest I do not know. The first time I ran the program it showed San Antonio. I had client VPN enable on the laptop, and we have a S2S VPN at the office to the data center. I disabled the VPN client and re-ran it, and that when SharePoint Online disappeared. 

       

      I will try to re run today.
