Not sure if this is related to the Microsoft East Asia side issue this week, quite a lot of services affected such as AD admin portal, power app, automate even login.microsoftonline.com, Microsoft claimed it was related to their CDN service and now auto-recovered

Yes, in the past days I have also noticed some 503's. Hopefully It is soon back to normal operation.
