When you run tzmove.exe /extract, it creates a catalog folder, is this needed when using GP to deploy?

Q: when you run tzmove.exe /extract, it creates a catalog folder, is this needed when using GP to deploy?
A: the catalog contains software publisher certificate info and is required to verify publisher on the .exe.  It is not required for the MSI installation and is not required on target systems when you push it through a GPO.
