Q:
As far as setting Conflict Level to 3 for 'Auto Accept Agent'. How is that done? I do not see 'Conflict Level' in the documentation for 'Auto Accept Agent'. I also do not see it in the AutoAccept.config.xml file.

You can configure the default processing policy applied on the server by editing the .xml configuration file, AutoAccept.config.xml, which is located in the install folder. The default install folder is \Exchsrvr\Agents\AutoAccept.
