MECM 2203 - Icons for some apps, packages. and TSs not displaying in Software Center

Hello,

My Software Center client(s) will not display icons for some of our applications, packages and task sequences. They are all under the 512x512 pixel limit, all of them are 32 bit color. I have tried applying the icon from a unique source folder as well as placing each in the respective application, package or TS [content] folder . And I have tried browsing and adding the icons via network share (\\server\icons\fillename.ico) and direct folder path (I:\icons\filename.ico) and did the same when the icons were in the content folders. 

I have updated and redistributed content to my distribution point between every change, The distribution point and all other roles show green across the board. My 2203 is fully patched and I know that this is a surface feature/change but I am hoping someone might have an idea I have not tried yet.
