Agent Push Interval - Lower Interval and Increase Retries

We are using MECM on the current branch. We have a use case to push the MECM client to new machines (Windows 10 22H2). The callange is we pre-stage the computer account in ADDS and it seems that MECM see's the computer object, attempts to push the agent and fails as the traget is offline. It then backs off for 1 hr. Ideally we'd like it to try every 15 mins.

Is this possible?

PS: I'm aware we could look at installing the client via GPO etc. but we have a specific reason to push.
