Missing Cusotmer in Partner Portal

Dear All,

 

Hope fine and doign well.

 

This is my First Post in our Microsoft Community ,

 

* We are a Microsoft Partner and based on our marketing we got a client and kicked off the work .
*  And we would like to update in our Microsoft Partner Portal and we see missing "Customer" Option in the Portal .

Can any one please help us on this

In screenshot I see system complaining you are not authorized for what you are trying to do. Find a user with the right permissions to send out appropriate message inviting the customer to connect with you as CSP Partner (needs the sales agent role, see

and then you can invite the customer following steps found at:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/request-a-relationship-with-a-customer
