Understanding Biz-talk features

Question

Hi Guys,&nbsp;&nbsp;Currently we are using&nbsp;AWS Elastic beanstalk for front end slaves in a clustered environment. We have&nbsp;Apache Mesos as a backend slave and&nbsp;Apache Mesos backend Master. This is all hosted on AWS.&nbsp;&nbsp;I can build the same in Azure, but Im having issue with what to use instead of&nbsp;AWS Elastic beanstalk on Azure. I can see Biz-Talk covers most of the features but I'm not sure if it includes native load-balancing.&nbsp;&nbsp;Would appreciate support on this.&nbsp;&nbsp;Many thanks in advance.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
