- Win10 1803
- Hybrid Azure AD joined
- Azure AD self-service password reset enabled and works successfully from within the browser.
- Configured Reset password link using the registry
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/tutorial-sspr-windows
Launching Win10 and in the login screen, when using the Reset password in a Win10 login screen, the SSPR screen never appears and just returns to the login screen.
Suspecting a device policy conflicting SSPR to display
Is there any type of logging in Win10 I can enable to see what is blocking the SSPR screen from appearing? and what is the "behind the scene" process when clicking Reset password from the login screen?
Any information is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Did you figure this out? We're having the same issue with Win10 1803.

Same here, when we click on the SSRP link, we have this message error : The sign-in method you're trying to use is not allowed 😕
Any idea what could be the problem ?
