how to create azure App registrations

hi

    I want create one azure App registrations to integrate with application web c# for purpose login .

    please any one help me

    1. step by step and API permission

    2. how to API permission to can only need login with user on office365

    3. If I have more application integrate login then only create one app registrations or every app per one app registrations  ?
