FTP: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

FTP into my Azure web app stopped working with error message "530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible." I did not change any credentials and I was able to ftp into just last week. Did some thing change with in Azure? Many thanks in advance.
