The class is monitored for attendance. The attendance should be more but not less. Once these criteria are fulfilled the coupon is updated on your account Microsoft ID (MSID) Account.
How to go to your account:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/Login with the same email which you had used for the class.
On the right-hand side above you will see your name. Click on it and click on Profile.
There you will see your MCID. The coupon is connected to the MCID.
Click on Certification above and book the appointment for the said exam. There you will see your coupon claim it and proceed for checkout. If you don't see the coupon means your attendance was not captured correctly. If your MSID is not generated, then to you will not see your coupon code.
