Azure AD and Intune

So I am testing Intune and Azure AD for my organization.

I have successfully joined a computer to my test AD, but for some reason i cannot get intune setup on our test AAD.  My organizations AD is already synced into azure, so i create a fresh AAD to do this testing in.

 

If I am logged into the portal under the org AD i can setup intune.  Logged in on the test AAD and i get a permission issue, which i believe is because the trial license i just signed up for is not linking to that account.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
