Australian Azure Sales number broken for two weeks

Hi,

Is anyone from Microsoft aware that the Azure sales number for Australia has been broken for two weeks?

1-800-765-471 goes to an auto attendant and pressing 0 to speak to someone gets a "call can not be transferred" message and sent back to the auto attendant.

A little hard to get some answers on support pricing etc if we can't speak to anyone.
