When is general availability for Linux SDK for Linux Thin Clients? How do we become a Software Partner for WVD?

We are Thin Client manufacture as well as Microsoft OEM partner.
Can I submit the same questionnaire at aka.ms/wvdLinuxSurvey. and request to access SDK or apply as a WVD partner? Thank you.
