WVD with Multiple AD tenant

Copper Contributor

I have multiple AD tenants created in my Azure portal. Now I like to configure WVD service as below

1. 2 host pool with VM's on each pool connecting to different domains with respective session host access to domain users

2. Need 2 different WVD tenant linked to two different domains

Is this setup possible now ? If so, can someone give guidance ?

My requirement is to have multitenancy access for WVD for different vendors

I have seem early 2020 article says, WVD service is bound to single tenant and above config is not possible.

Hi,
I guess we need to sort some wording (to be sure that we are talking about same staff)
WVD is now called AVD 😉
Tenant = AzureAD
per Tenant you can have multiple Subscriptions and you can have multiple AVD Environments.

each AVD Environment consists of "Hostpool", "App Group" and a "Workspace".. there is no WVD Tenant anymore...

each hostpool consists of at least one VM.

one requirement is that an avdhost must/can be an member of Acitive Directory, AzureAD or AzureAD Domain Services.

means you can have multiple AVD Hostpools, each can be assigned to diffenrent identity Systems... at the end your users from each AD or AAD DS must be synced with your AzureAD

and you can have multiple ADs and AADS 😄
here some guidance
