    Updating to 1809 solved the issue.

SBK297 Any chance you are still seeing this? If so, I might ask for more information to see if we can track the issue down.

DavidBelanger A user is having this problem on a Windows 7 Home Premium machine. I understand Win 7 is approaching its EOL but wanted to report this, as I have been working on it for a while now. The user can log into the web client without a problem.
