WVD and teams optimization
In the same boat as you guys as well. Very frustrating. I had a ticket open with Microsoft for nearly a month and got absolutely nowhere. I would hope this is, or soon becomes, a known issue and is priorities at Microsoft to get this fixed and working properly. Moving to Zoom is not an option for us.

Same issue here, latest versions of everything.
We have a ticket @Ms support opened since 3 months with always same questions & log gathering.
With the Skype Assessment tool runing inside WVD we found that one IP of the backend of O365 was not reachable. Support answer that it's not an Azure issue but network issue & they don't manage it, ridiculous, it's flow between O365 and Azure WVD, but that's not an Microsoft issue :). Will try now to escalate further or decide to evaluate other options like adding Citrix Cloud to the picture, - Embassy1May 12, 2021Copper ContributorDid you get anywhere with this?

We still have an open ticket with support. There have been some improvements to the remote desktop client which helped for a test call we did for 5 mins before going back to the same issues as before.
Are support call has been open since Oct last year
