Web Login URL Broken?

We have been messing about with this since yesterday and have successfully published apps.  The RDP Feeds work just fine but up until a few moments ago, the web will accept logins but not open any apps.  Seeing if others have this issue or is it just us.

With a test user, he was getting to the RDWeb login and it immediately kicked him back out to log in over and over. We do provide Azure SSO with our desktops (not configured for WVD).

I added him as a tenant creator in Azure AD and then it let him get in. Not sure if the broker is having any issues for the web piece. The HTML5 integration is a game changer for us and that's what we are looking at with this product. RD Web Feeds seem fine to the desktop apps.

That was it:

There is only the tenant creator role from what I can tell.
