Teams GIFs issue

Yes I have checked with the AVD admin and all of the
setting is okay.
I did not come across anything that seem to be out of place.
Giphy search windows and when anyone uses Giphy in their post, I see
At my location, network speed is fine, meaning about 170Mbps down and 15Mbps Up.
It was working fine in the past but all of a sudden it stopped showing Giphy.

So this seem to be an weird issue because I do see GIF once in a while. ((Teams in AVD instance)) but most of the time no matter what we do, it is not showing
