Switching between application in a Windows Virtual desktop does not work.

We've migrated a client of ours from an OnPrem environment to an Azure Virtual Desktop environment.

The Virtual desktop is based on Windows 11 multisession hosts.

Sometimes they are unable to switch between the open applications on the WVD. They see the open applications on the taskbar, but when they click them, nothing happens. Usually they get by, by using Alt-Tab, yet this does not always work. We use FSLogix version 2.9.8228.50276 (July 2022)

Check for the updates for both the application and FSLogix, as well as verifying that the applications are compatible with Windows 11. If the issue persists, collecting logs and performance metrics from both the virtual desktop and client device could help in identifying the root cause of the issue and finding a solution.
