Shared computer license isn't available, Cant activate office

The past week we have had a few users across different clients who were unable to activate office in wvd. It is always the shared computer license isn't available error. 

 

1. In all cases the user had a business premium license, which includes the shared computer license. 

2. confirmed that the shared computer licensing registry key was present. 

3. Office version 16.0.14326.20738

Have had more users with this issues today.

After signing the user out of office, we could not sign them back in. The sign in window dissappears after entering the users email. This happened after clearing credential manager also.

Signing into office with a different account works however and did activate office. After signing out of this account, i still cannot sign in as the original user.
