Did you try this to kill the process?

 

taskkill /f /im msrdc.exe

Kidd_Ip Of course. I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. It doesn't do anything. The strangest thing is that this version works without any problems on one computer, but not on another. Maybe a Windows update is to blame.
