Microsoft Remote Desktop crashes when trying to connect to virtual desktop
I have one person who is trying to connect to an azure virtual machine via MSRD. When she clicks on the remote icon nothing happens. I went into event viewer and found this.

This is on a Windows 10 machine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSRDT, I tried using a different profile on the same computer. With no luck. I tried older versions of MSRDT as well. I already tried chkdsk and scannow. Ran windows updates and driver updates to. Any ideas would be great!
Please also consider:
1. sfc /scannow
2. Anti-Virus endpoint
3. Any updates recently
4. regsvr32.exe /u ntdll.dll
regsvr32.exe ntdll.dll- cameronrozelaarCopper Contributor
Kidd_Ip what does this mean? "4. regsvr32.exe /u ntdll.dll
regsvr32.exe ntdll.dll" I just had an application crash that says this thing is faulty but it's located in System 32, is there any way to repair ir?
