Is MSIX AppAttach supported for AVDs that are strictly joined to AAD

I can't seem to get an answer from anyone when I ask this on TechNet blogs, forums, etc.

 

Theoretically, with Kerberos authentication to Azure storage, this can be performed but I can't get a straight answer. All I can see are numerous posts about storage and FSLogix etc. All the documentation is years old and only talks about AVDs that are joined to on-prem domains.

 

That's it! Pretty simple. I would like to use my MSIX packages for app deployment to AVD's that are strictly joined to AAD. Not joined to on-prem domain.

 

I see that I can deploy MSIX apps via Intune but I am not looking for that feature.

    Please help me with the Above SSD, not able to download (third-party link removed by moderator) and install windows server 2019 on the GT_black SSD.

    Hi Mike, no this is not supported at this moment in time. This maybe coming in the future but for now you need to have your storage accounts joined to Active Directory
