file downloader and ...

Hello,

1. I am looking to set up a virtual desktop to run 2 Windows desktop programs. The first program downloads files and saves them on the local hard drive. The second program takes the files and uploads them somewhere else where they are processed. The second program is hard-coded to look for the files in a directory on "C" drive. Does the virtual desktop have a "C" drive, or is it a different letter? For example, it can't be on one drive, google drive, or another drive letter. The path has to be "c:\xxxxxxx"

 

2. Can the virtual desktop be set up to automatically run these 2 programs at a certain time and to release the virtual desktop when the programs are done running?

    Hi,
    yes c:\ is available and you can use it

    and with scaleplans you can start and stop your VM via schedule for example.. start 8 am and stop 9 am
