Unreasonable post flood detection

This forum refused my 1st post because I forgot to attach a label.
It refused my 2nd post because I attached an invalid label.
My 3rd post had a valid label but was again refused because of the post flood detection? Saying I'm posting too frequently? The first two times, when I was not able to post at all, still count as a flood? And who made me have to post three times?
