When viewing the list of Applications and Desktops our org has available, it become very evident that the portal need a simple search and/or the ability to do list view. We share many apps and some suites of apps use the same icon and the same beginnings for names which makes it difficult to see exactly which icon is which app.
Groupings and filtering the portal under the workspace might be nice too. Maybe also a way for users to 'favorite' certain apps to have them appear first?
