Spark pool configuration upgrade

Hi everybody,

I was wondering wether there is a way to upgrade a spark pool configuration without having to re-create the spark pool. For instance, I have a spark pool configured with Delta Lake version 1.0 and I would like to upgrade the Delta Lake version 2.0.
How could I achieve this?
