Run a stored procedure, pipeline or PS code at Synapse dedicated pool startup

For a Synapse dedicated pool, how can I run a stored procedure at the dedicated SQL pool startup.

Or if no stored proc can be triggered to run at pool startup, can I run PS script, pipeline etc (that will trigger the proc run)?
